ABOUT ME
Hello!
My name is Barbara I am the owner and designer at Bartique Designs.
I grew up in Ormond Beach, Florida along the coast and enjoyed many days on the beach. In my younger years. My mother taught me how to sew and I fell in love with creating my own clothing designs.
After high school, I moved to Fort Lauderdale to pursue a Fashion Design degree and worked in the fashion industry for many years. After many successful years in the industry, I decide to pursue my dream of owning my own swimwear company. With my family and friends enthusiasm I did it! Suits Me Fine. After many fun and successful years creating beautiful swimwear and activewear
for women and children, I closed the business with the anticipated arrival of twin boys and knew l wanted every moment then to be spent with my precious family.
My life brought me to the Golden Isles in 2007 and I soon found a love and passion for Yoga & Barre classes. My creative passion started me thinking of a new functional design to carry your yoga mat with ease and my idea for the Yoga Mat Bag was born. The fun & functional design is perfect while bike riding with crossbody design. The bags are reversible and created with gorgeous water resistant fabrics.
